Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience, with an emphasis on solution selling, small businesses and merchants.
• Track record of proven success exceeding sales targets with a data-driven, results-focused mindset.
• Manage client relationships in partnership with internal teams to ensure customer success across your portfolio.
• Open to feedback and committed to personal accountability and growth.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Empowered – you use initiative, taking calculated risks to progress.
• Proficient in Salesforce as a CRM is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth and boost profitability in existing accounts by spotting high-impact opportunities.
• Serve as the strategic sales lead, consulting with owners and C-suite executives.
• Build and energize a strong referral network and execute proactive outreach to generate sales momentum.
• Build and manage pipeline through referrals and self-generated leads.
• Partner with sales teams to expand existing customer relationships.
• Travel within a designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local businesses.
