Build pipeline, close deals, and exceed targets.
Collaborate with bank units for cross-selling opportunities.
Resolve client concerns and maintain long-term relationships.
Coach and motivate the merchant education and sales-growth within the team.
Accurately report leads and opportunities in CRM and analyze sales trends.
