Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in financial services and ability to close deals.
• Experience in merchant services sales preferred (2–5 years).

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, build relationships with new clients and convert leads.
• Sell Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, and other payment solutions.
• Develop pipeline, close deals, and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with bank units to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Coach branch staff, manage leads, and report CRM updates.
• Attend leadership meetings and participate in referrals.
