Job summary

Core-Mark International in Augusta, ME, seeks a Sales Service Representative to support regional sales initiatives and merchandising programs. You will build relationships with customers, assist Sales Representatives, and help ensure product availability and accurate in-store presentation.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are needed for local travel; Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in customer service, merchandising or sales.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and insurance.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed call routine with a designated customer ledger.
• Execute company programs (racks, plan-o-grams, merchandising).
• Promptly respond to customer needs via phone or email.
• Identify and reduce out-of-stocks on shelves.
• Ensure proper display, pricing, and identification of products.
