Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Sales Service Representative to support our strategic sales initiatives in the assigned sales region. You will collaborate with the Sales Team to execute the SmartStock program, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide merchandising and sales support.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ years of experience in retail, convenience/grocery, foodservice, or sales.
Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).

Responsibilities

Maintaining a detailed and specific call routine with a designated ledger of customers.
Maintenance and execution of the SmartStock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising activities).
Identifying and reducing out-of-stocks on shelves.
Ensuring products are fresh and within date code parameters.
Attending to customer needs and concerns promptly.
Ensuring plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.
Identifying display opportunities and maximizing display positioning.
Ensuring that products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.
Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
