You will work closely with Sales Representatives to execute company programs, manage customer communications, and ensure accurate merchandising and order processing.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service or sales, a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, merchandising or sales.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and insurance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed call routine with customers and ledger.
• Execute company programs, including racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email.
• Identify and resolve customer challenges with assistance.
• Monitor shelf availability and ensure freshness and in-date products.
