Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service, merchandising, or sales experience.
• Ability to drive to customer locations with mileage reimbursement.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and insurance.
• Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Analytical and computer-literate.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed call routine with a ledger of customers.
• Execute company programs on racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising.
• Address customer needs promptly by phone or email.
• Find solutions with support.
• Identify and reduce out-of-stocks on shelves.
• Ensure products are fresh and within date codes.
• Ensure plan-o-gram and marketing best practices in stores.
• Identify display opportunities and maximize positioning.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and priced.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
