Job summary

Maine State Credit Union is seeking a Regional Member Experience Specialist at our brand-new Belfast Branch. The role focuses on welcoming members, understanding their needs, and delivering outstanding service in person, by phone, or online.

Based in Belfast, you will handle transactions accurately, engage with members to identify their needs, and connect them with the right team for specialized support. Occasional coverage at other branches is included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year related experience (e.g., customer service, accuracy in cash handling).
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
• Detailed oriented with reliable attendance. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage members in person at the Belfast Branch.
• Complete requested transactions with accuracy and care.
• Connect members with the appropriate team member for specialized support.
• Provide coverage at other branch locations as needed.
