Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, banking, credit unions, financial services, or cash-handling environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service.
• Previous teller or credit union experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions.
• Provide personalized solutions that support members' financial well-being.
• Educate members on Credit Union products and services.
• Assist with fraud prevention and account research.
• Support and train Member Experience Specialist team members.
• Participate in community outreach and branch initiatives.
