Job summary

Mass Bay Credit Union is seeking a Branch Member Service Associate to deliver exceptional service and handle teller transactions with accuracy and discretion. You will greet members, listen to needs, and provide tailored financial solutions.

As part of a collaborative team, you will help open accounts, process deposits and payments, and promote digital banking tools while upholding security and confidentiality in every interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent required.
• Three-five years' experience in a member service or banking environment.
• May be a 'key-holder' and acts as manager on duty in absence of supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experience at every interaction.
• Greet members and listen to their needs during interactions.
• Process teller transactions and open accounts for all types, including business/organizations, IRAs, trusts and estates.
• Provide tailored financial solutions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security policies.
