Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support clients in the New York Metropolitan area. This role focuses on DePuy Synthes orthopedics, offering clinical and logistical expertise in hospitals and operating rooms.

Travel and strong collaboration with sales teams are required. The position requires a medical or nursing background or a bachelor’s degree with extensive relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
• Alternative with Associate Degree/Medical Certification plus relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years of professional/relevant experience, or 4+ years depending on path.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with orthopedic procedures.
• Support DPS sales by representing the Company in surgeries and ensuring equipment is available.
• Respond to physician needs, manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with cross-functional teams to improve solutions and services.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing consultation and asset management.
• Ensure equipment is tracked and available across the assigned area.
