Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in healthcare, seeks a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support Orthopaedics (DePuy Synthes) across U.S. hospitals and ORs. You will provide clinical and logistical expertise while traveling frequently to assign territories.

You will guide surgeons in the operating room, ensure proper equipment, and collaborate with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to deliver value and drive patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required, related clinical background valued.
• Experience in orthopedic surgical environments or medical devices helpful.
• Willingness to travel across the U.S. for surgeries and visits.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide surgeons in the OR with clinical and technical support.
• Advance DPS sales by representing the Company at surgeries and ensuring equipment readiness.
• Troubleshoot, manage hospital billing, and process purchase orders.
• Share insights with teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain and deploy equipment across the region and ensure availability.
• Ensure promotional materials meet quality standards.
• Provide logistical support moving instruments and implants between reps and hospitals.
