Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, through DePuy Synthes, is expanding its Orthopaedics portfolio and seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to support the South New Jersey territory. You will guide surgeons in the operating room, ensure the right equipment is available, and collaborate with sales and clinical teams to drive patient care and procedural adoption.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Associate degree with relevant experience, willingness to travel, and the ability to work in a hospital/operating room

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required with relevant experience.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification plus relevant experience is acceptable.
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with orthopedic cases.
• Advance DPS sales by representing the company during surgeries and ensuring equipment readiness.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs with independent judgment.
• Share customer, procedural and market insights with teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain and deploy equipment and assets across the assigned area.
• Ensure promotional materials are well-presented and meet quality standards.
