Job summary

DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices company, seeks a Regional Clinical Sales Specialist to support clients in the Greenbrae, CA area. You will work in a dynamic MedTech environment, guiding surgeons in the OR and delivering hands-on product and procedural support.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to travel within the U.S. Frequent surgeries and hospital settings demand clinical and technical knowledge of orthopedic instruments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in a medical sales or clinical support role preferred.
• 2+ years of professional experience with a degree/cert, or 4+ years directly.
• Active military transition considered.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with orthopedic cases.
• Advance DPS sales by providing direct customer support during surgeries and ensuring equipment is ready.
• Troubleshoot needs, address requests, and manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to improve solutions.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain equipment deployment and ensure product availability in assigned area.
• Ensure promotional materials are up to date and high quality.
• Provide logistical support moving instruments and implants between hospitals.
