Job summary

DePuy Synthes, part of Johnson & Johnson, seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist to support the Savannah, GA territory. You will guide surgeons in the OR, provide clinical and logistical expertise, and ensure availability of orthopedic instruments and implants while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have a clinical sales background, 4+ years of experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of professional/relevant experience required.
• 4+ years of professional/relevant experience preferred.
• Willing to relocate to the assigned territory.
• Valid US driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel weekends and/or overnight.
• Lab/OR environment experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Understanding of human anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the OR with clinical and technical support.
• Advance DPS sales by representing direct customer support at surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic teams; prepare reports.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation for procedures.
• Maintain equipment and assets; ensure product availability across the territory.
