Job summary

Glacial Skin by R2 Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive capital equipment sales across multi-state territories in the United States.

You will install devices post-sale, execute the sales strategy, and bring new providers into the R2 ecosystem. The role requires 5+ years in capital sales (aesthetics or MedTech preferred), a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals, and willingness to travel up to 90%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of capital sales experience in aesthetics or MedTech preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building long-term relationships.
• Experience managing multi-state territories and strategic market mapping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new capital equipment sales to meet or exceed quotas.
• In-person device installation post sale and delivery.
• Execute sales strategy and bring new providers into the ecosystem.
• Present compelling product demos and value propositions.
• Cultivate relationships across organizations from clinicians to decision-makers.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
