Job summary

Glacial Skin by R2 Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive capital equipment sales and expand our Glacial® Skin platform across multi-state territories.

You will install devices post-sale, deliver compelling demos, and push adoption with providers, from practitioners to decision-makers. The role requires a proven quota-achieving track record, excellent communication, willingness to travel up to 90%, and collaboration with Clinical, Marketing, and Ops teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of capital sales experience (aesthetics or MedTech preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building long-term relationships.
• Experience managing multi-state territories and strategic mapping.

Responsibilities

• Drive new capital equipment sales to meet or exceed quotas.
• In person device installation post sale and delivery.
• Execute sales strategy and bring new providers into the R2 ecosystem.
• Present compelling product demos to differentiate R2.
• Cultivate relationships across practitioners to decision-makers.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM.
• Travel up to 90% to cover territory.
• Represent R2 at trade shows and events.
• Submit forecasts and reports.
