Job summary

ZwickRoell seeks a Senior Medical & Pharmaceutical Sales professional to drive market success in North America. You will lead territory plans and collaborate with RIM, Application Engineers, local service teams, and our Germany-based counterparts to craft and execute strategic sales initiatives.

You will build relationships with engineers, scientists, and executives and travel to customer sites regularly. This role reports to the National Sales Manager and requires 5+ years of B2B technical

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful B2B technical sales experience in capital equipment or related fields.
• Sales experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, or regulated environments.
• Strong ability to develop new business and manage complex sales cycles.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• CRM, forecasting, and account management proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plan to achieve sales objectives.
• Work with RIM to generate and grow accounts and manage existing ones.
• Present solutions to engineers, scientists, and leadership.
• Qualify opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, close business.
• Make a minimum of 16 on-site visits per month.
• Utilize CRM daily for lead management and forecasting.
• Collaborate with RIM, Applications, Service, and global teams.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
