Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful medical device sales experience
• At least 3 years in sales leadership roles
• Extensive orthopedic knowledge including Zimmer Biomet products and competitors
• Experience leading distributed teams and driving growth in competitive markets

Responsibilities

• Build and lead regional execution plans aligned with national/territory goals.
• Translate strategy into actionable sales plans with targets and defined pipelines.
• Ensure accounts have documented plans with prioritized targets and tactics.
• Monitor sales funnel health to support revenue objectives.
• Partner with pricing, contracts, and business-unit leaders to win and retain key business.
• Develop and coach Team Leads and field reps through regular ride-alongs and check-ins.
• Drive quota attainment and market expansion through performance management.
• Lead regular pipeline reviews, team meetings, and coaching with clear action tracking.
• Recruit and retain top sales talent using structured evaluation and onboarding.
• Ensure training and development support for each team member.
• Adjust team structure to meet market needs and expand coverage.
• Identify capability gaps through data-driven assessments.
