AdaptHealth LLC is seeking a Lead Operations Specialist in Redmond, WA to support regional operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality patient service. The role may involve delivering and setting up medical equipment as needed.

You will oversee daily operations, lead onboarding, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements while maintaining HIPAA compliance and Medicare knowledge.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, payer policies, and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to train and mentor team members and lead meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise team operations and resolve complex cases; act as escalation point.
• Lead onboarding, training, and staff development for operations and client-engagement teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback.
• Develop and implement process improvements and workflow optimizations.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation with management.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and knowledge of Medicare guidelines.
