Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to support One Medical primary care operations across geographies, leading Operations Leaders and Medical Directors to optimize access, member experience, and cost efficiency. You will oversee performance across MSAs, drive Lean improvements, and collaborate with finance, marketing, and other teams on national initiatives.

This role offers remote work from California with a focus on healthcare operations and population health

Qualifications

• Experience leading across multiple locales and managing consumer-facing operations.
• Strong background in performance metrics, Lean techniques and process improvement.
• Experience developing KPI goals aligned with organizational objectives.
• Based in an MSA and able to collaborate with health system partners, employers, and payors.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations teams across MSAs to ensure financial and operational performance.
• Hire, develop, and manage high-performing teams with onboarding and performance reviews.
• Provide regular feedback and support to Operations Managers and Medical Directors.
• Drive Lean improvements and ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety.
• Partner with central teams on national projects and oversee new service implementations.
