Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida is seeking a Regional Medical Office Manager to support the Director of Operations across Hillsborough and Pinellas counties. The role will help with training, planning, and analyzing practice operations, and will implement process improvements to ensure policy adherence.

Responsibilities include staff training, coordinating with physicians and staff, and resolving operational issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years management experience in a MEDICAL office.
• Experience managing 10+ employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Basic Accounting Principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Operations in training, planning, and analyzing practice operations.
• Develop and implement operational process improvements.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed across locations.
• Train staff and function as a physician/staff liaison for operational issues.
• Collaborate with peers to remove roadblocks and create opportunities.
• Travel within Hillsborough County as needed.
