Florida ENT & Allergy is seeking a Medical Office Supervisor for a full-time position at our Brandon office. The role leads front and back office operations, payroll, HR tasks, and ensures HIPAA and OSHA compliance to support high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in healthcare management, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong communication, and EMR familiarity. This is a dynamic, patient-focused clinic environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in Healthcare Management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• EMR experience is required or highly desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing and hiring clerical and clinical staff.
• Coach and develop staff while promoting teamwork.
• Analyze operational workflows for multiple departments for efficiency.
• Ensure payroll and HR functions are completed timely.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and other regulations.
• Attend management meetings monthly/quarterly.
