Job summary

SPR is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Western Michigan area to meet or exceed sales goals. This role focuses on building relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders while developing territory plans and delivering clinical insights.

The position requires 3+ years in medical device sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a startup mindset to drive growth and adoption of new products. Regular travel and collaboration with surgeons are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in orthopedic or medical device sales.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree, in related field preferred.
• Ability to “concept” sell novel products.
• Success in a start-up environment and/or launching new products.
• Customer & account profiling ability.
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales and topping team “leader boards”.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain account and territory plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Establish relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Focus on growth through product approvals, territory development, and clinical knowledge.
• Contribute ideas to the team and share best practices.
• Use CRM systems to track contacts, activity, and follow up.
• Prepare timely activity reports and monthly/quarterly reviews.
