Job summary

SPR Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales across the Bangor, ME to Manchester, NH corridor. You will create territory plans, build physician and hospital relationships, and lead market development with strong clinical knowledge and product adoption.

The role requires 3+ years in medical device sales, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of exceeding targets. You will travel extensively, participate in trainings, and work in a fast-paced start-up

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in orthopedic or medical device sales.
• Ability to “concept” sell novel products.
• Success in a start-up environment and/or launching new products.
• Customer & account profiling ability.
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales and topping team “leader boards”.
• Rich professional references documenting the respect of previous supervisors and tier one customers.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain account and territory plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Establish relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Grow clinical knowledge and optimize product approval processes within territory.
• Support training of surgeons and hospital staff and assist with patient education materials.
• Maintain customer data and activity in CRM; produce monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Attend trade shows and company sales meetings; support presentations and posters.
