Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in orthopedic or medical device sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• Ability to concept-sell novel products.
• Experience in start-up environments and launching new products.
• Strong account profiling and customer relationship skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and topping team leader boards.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain account and territory plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Establish relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Develop growth through enhanced product knowledge and processes.
• Contribute ideas to the team and share best practices.
• Use CRM to track contacts, activity, and follow-up.
• Prepare timely activity reports and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
