Job summary

DuPont Healthcare Solutions seeks a Regional Account Manager to manage a defined set of medical device customers in the Mid-Atlantic/Southern US region. You will drive profitable revenue growth, identify opportunities, and maintain strong customer partnerships across engineering, supply chain, quality, and site leadership.

Responsibilities include cross-selling, budgeting, forecasting, and territory reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• 3–5 years of new business development or account management in medical devices.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver year-over-year profitable organic growth for assigned accounts.
• Target and develop new accounts by presenting capabilities and building long-term relationships.
• Generate and collaborate cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio.
• Use Salesforce to enter and track opportunities through stages with prompt follow-up.
• Provide accurate budgeting and forecasting for assigned accounts.
• Serve as the global customer focal point during site transfers to the region.
• Conduct territory reviews for management updates on key metrics.
• Support go-to-market strategies and maintain strong site relationships during selling process.
• Lead and coordinate between SPG-DuPont and assigned accounts on sustaining programs and supply chain opportunities.
• Identify potential new technologies and communicate needs to management.
• Attend trade shows to network and generate new business.
