DuPont Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive profitable growth for medical device and life science customers in the Northeastern US region. You will build a strong pipeline, manage key accounts, and coordinate cross-functional teams across supply chain, engineering, and quality.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience in medical devices, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Formación

• BS Degree with major in Engineering or Science.
• 3–5 years in new business development or account management in medical devices.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Demonstrate creative problem solving and influence external/internal customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and action orientation.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to share findings.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce and related tools.
• Strong business analytics and strategic thinking.
• Travel up to 50% as required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver year-over-year profitable growth for assigned accounts.
• Develop new accounts by identifying capabilities and building relationships.
• Generate cross-selling opportunities across portfolio offerings.
• Utilize Salesforce to enter and track opportunities from lead to close.
• Provide budgeting and forecasting for assigned accounts.
• Act as global customer focal point and support site transfers.
• Conduct territory reviews and report progress to management.
• Support and implement go-to-market strategies with manufacturing sites.
