Job summary

DuPont Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Regional Account Manager to own the sales strategy for medical device and life science accounts across the Mid-Atlantic/Southern US region, promoting precision extruded plastics, silicone solutions, injection molded components, balloons and catheter assemblies.

You will develop a strong pipeline, pursue profitable revenue growth, and cultivate trusted partnerships with customers, engineering, supply chain, and QA teams to drive long‑term value.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in new business development or account management in medical devices.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Own sales responsibility for assigned accounts and drive profitable growth.
• Identify, present capabilities, and build long-term relationships with stakeholders.
• Use CRM (Salesforce) to track opportunities from lead to close.
• Provide budgeting and forecasting for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites and cross-functional teams during quoting.
