DuPont Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive profitable growth across assigned med device accounts in the US. You will lead account development, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with manufacturing sites, R&D, and supply chain to deliver value-driven solutions from precision plastics to balloon assemblies.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering or Science.
• 3–5 years of new business development or account management in medical devices.
• Experience with precision extruded plastics, silicone solutions, balloons, catheter assemblies.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Provide budgeting and forecasting for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites during selling process.
• Conduct territory reviews and report progress to management.
• Support go-to-market strategies and cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with assigned accounts.
• Identify potential new technologies to enhance offerings.
• Attend industry events to generate new business.
