The role emphasizes customer-centric strategy, strong communication, and proactive pipeline development to secure long-term partnerships and maximize market share.

Qualifications

• BS Degree, with major or emphasis in Engineering or Science.
• Three to five years of new business development or account management in medical devices.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving and influence across customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Upholds DuPont Healthcare Solutions vision and core values.
• Deliver year-over-year profitable organic growth for assigned accounts.
• Target and develop new accounts, identify capabilities, and build long-term relationships.
• Generate and collaborate cross-selling opportunities across DuPont Healthcare Solutions portfolio.
• Use Salesforce to enter and track opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.
