DuPont Spectrum is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive growth across medical device solutions, including precision extruded plastics, silicone, and complex catheter assemblies.

You will manage major accounts, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with manufacturing sites, supply chain, and engineering to ensure profitable revenue growth. Strong English/Spanish communication, analytical, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or science.
• 3–5 years in medical device sales or account management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Upholds DuPont Healthcare Solutions vision and values.
• Deliver YoY profitable organic growth for accounts.
• Develop and manage new accounts with key stakeholders.
• Generate cross-selling opportunities across portfolio offerings.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities through stages.
• Forecast and budget for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites during transfers to region.
• Conduct territory reviews and report progress to management.
• Support go-to-market strategy and maintain relationships with sites.
• Negotiate and maintain contracts with assigned accounts.
