Role Overview

This role is for experienced sales professionals who already have relationships with mattress retailers and want to monetize them with a premium product line.

You'll prospect, develop, and close retail accounts across your territory, partnering directly with our Retail General Manager to drive regional growth.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience selling to mattress retailers with established relationships across smaller and larger bedding retailers
• Strong drive to exceed targets
• Demonstrated consultative selling capabilities
• Competency in Microsoft Excel

Good-to-Have:

• Existing relationships with retailers in the Midwest, Northeast, or Mid-Atlantic regions
• Experience representing complementary product lines (accessories, adjustable bases)
• Established territory coverage and travel infrastructure
