Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Material Processing Facility Regional Leader to oversee multiple regional facilities, drive safety, and optimize production. You will manage budgets, lead a team of managers and operators, and ensure environmental compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in material processing, strong communication skills, and travel up to 50% within the region. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in material processing, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple facilities within the region.
• Oversee safety protocols and environmental compliance across facilities.
• Monitor and optimize material processing operations to meet production targets.
• Manage budgets and financial performance for regional facilities.
• Build and develop a team of facility managers, operators, and staff.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure reliable material flow and services.
• Promote sustainability and environmentally responsible practices.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior management.
