Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in material processing or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region as needed.
• Budget management experience and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple material processing facilities within the region.
• Oversee safety protocols, environmental compliance, and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor and optimize production to meet targets while maintaining quality.
• Manage the financial performance, including budget development and cost control.
• Build and lead a team of facility managers, operators, and support staff.
• Implement KPIs and regularly evaluate facility performance and address gaps.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure reliable material, parts, and services.
