Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Material Processing Facility Regional Leader to oversee operations and performance of facilities within a specified region. The role focuses on safety, compliance, production goals, and cost-effective processing across multiple sites.

You will lead facility managers and operators, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable operations and strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in material processing, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with diverse teams.
• Financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple material processing facilities within the region.
• Oversee safety protocols, environmental regulations, and adherence to policies.
• Monitor and optimize production operations to meet targets with quality and cost efficiency.
• Manage financial performance including budgets and cost controls.
• Build and lead a team of facility managers, operators, and support staff.
• Implement KPIs and regularly evaluate facility performance with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable materials and services.
• Promote sustainability and environmentally responsible practices.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Generate and present periodic reports to senior management.
