Reworld seeks a highly motivated Regional Leader to oversee material processing facilities across the region, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations while achieving production goals.

You will drive performance, manage budgets, lead facility managers, collaborate with vendors, and report results to senior leadership, all while advancing sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership in material processing, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Solid understanding of environmental regulations and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple facilities within the region.
• Oversee safety protocols, environmental compliance, and policy adherence.
• Monitor and optimize production while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
• Manage budgets and financial performance across facilities.
• Lead and develop facility managers, operators, and support staff.
• Implement KPIs and regularly evaluate performance with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and services.
• Promote sustainability and environmentally responsible practices.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction.
• Generate periodic reports on performance and budget status to senior management.
