Reworld Waste is seeking a regional leader to oversee the operations and performance of material processing facilities within the assigned region. You will drive safety, efficiency, and compliance while guiding a team of facility managers and staff; travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in material processing or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional operational leadership for multiple material processing facilities.
• Oversee safety, compliance with environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor and optimize production to meet targets while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
• Develop and manage regional budgets and cost controls.
• Build and lead facility managers, operators, and support staff.
• Define and track KPIs, evaluate performance, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure material flow.
• Promote sustainability and environmentally responsible practices.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and address requirements.
• Prepare and present periodic performance and budget reports to senior management.
