Reworld is seeking a highly motivated Material Processing Facility Regional Leader to oversee the operations and performance of multiple material processing facilities within a defined region. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of leadership in material processing or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Financial acumen and budget-management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple facilities within the region.
• Oversee safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and company policies.
• Monitor and optimize production while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost-control measures.
• Build, develop, and lead facility managers, operators, and staff.
• Implement KPIs and regularly evaluate facility performance.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for reliable material flow.
• Promote sustainability and environmentally responsible practices.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and report to senior management.
