Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in material processing, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple facilities in the region.
• Oversee safety protocols, environmental compliance, and policy adherence.
• Monitor and optimize production to meet targets and quality standards.
• Manage budgets and cost-control measures for regional facilities.
• Build and lead facility managers, operators, and support staff.
• Develop KPIs and regularly evaluate performance with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure reliable material flow.
• Promote sustainability and environmentally responsible practices.
• Develop positive relationships with customers and address needs.
• Generate and present periodic reports to senior management.
