Reworld seeks a seasoned Material Processing Facility Regional Leader to oversee several regional facilities, driving safety, efficiency, and production targets while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost control.

You will lead a team of facility managers and operators, optimize operations, monitor KPIs, and partner with vendors to sustain material flow. This role requires travel up to 50% and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in material processing, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple material processing facilities within the region, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company policies; promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and optimize material processing operations to meet production targets while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
• Manage financial performance of facilities in the region, including budget development and cost control measures.
• Build, develop, and lead a team of facility managers, operators, and staff with necessary resources and training.
• Implement KPIs and regularly evaluate facility performance; identify improvements and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable material flow and services.
• Promote sustainability and environmentally responsible practices within facilities.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers; address needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Generate and present periodic reports on facility performance and budget status to senior management.
