Job summary

Reworld Waste seeks a highly motivated leader to oversee operations and performance of material processing facilities within a defined region. You will drive safety, production targets, and financial performance while developing a high-performing team.

Role requires leading multiple facilities, enforcing environmental regulations, and delivering KPI-based improvements to satisfy customers and stakeholders. Extensive travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of leadership in material processing, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety procedures.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with diverse teams.
• Financial acumen with budget management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to multiple facilities in the region.
• Oversee safety protocols, compliance, and continuous improvement culture.
• Monitor and optimize production to meet targets and quality standards.
• Manage regional budgets and cost-control measures.
• Build and lead facility managers, operators, and staff.
• Implement KPIs and evaluate facility performance regularly.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure material flow and services.
• Promote sustainability and environmentally responsible practices.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Generate periodic reports on performance and budget status.
