Job summary

HDR, Inc. in the South-Central US seeks a Regional Marketing Services Manager to drive marketing initiatives for the Resources group. You will partner with regional business development leaders, local operations, and marketing leadership to grow the regional book of business and lead pursuit teams on large opportunities.

You will mentor proposal managers and marketing coordinators, manage workloads, and ensure competitive strategies and go/no-go decisions align with HDR’s goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven ability to complete projects with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of A/E/C procurement of professional services.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit teams in creating and implementing win strategies for regional opportunities.
• Retain, develop and supervise proposal managers and marketing coordinators.
• Manage workload demands of proposal teams and marketing staff.
• Develop and implement regional content marketing campaigns to strengthen HDR’s brand.
• Partner with regional leaders to identify marketing needs and growth opportunities.
• Lead quality reviews of proposal and interview materials.
• Coach interview teams for effective client presentations.
