Job summary

• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies.
• Willingness to travel and engage in-person.

Responsibilities

• Retain, develop and supervise proposal managers and marketing coordinators.
• Manage workload demands of proposal managers and marketing coordinators.
• Lead pursuit teams in creating win strategies and materials for regional pursuits.
• Engage marketing services, operations, and technical resources for pursuit teams.
• Partner with RBG BDLs to identify needs and drive strategies.
• Lead quality reviews of proposal and interview materials.
