Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and dynamic marketer to join our Resources Business Group Marketing Leadership team in the South-Central US. You will drive strategic marketing initiatives, collaborate with regional leaders, and lead pursuit teams on large opportunities.

You will mentor RBG proposal managers and coordinators to meet rising marketing demands. You will partner with BDLs to align growth plans, manage campaigns, and lead content marketing to elevate HDR’s brand in target markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years industry experience in A/E/C or marketing leadership.
• Self-starter with history of completing projects with limited oversight.
• Deep knowledge of procurement of professional services in A/E/C.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Willingness to travel and engage with others in-person.
• Experience winning high-value contracts and writing compelling content from technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Retain, develop and supervise proposal managers and marketing coordinators.
• Lead pursuit teams in creating win strategies and persuasive materials.
• Engage marketing services, operations and technical resources for pursuits.
• Partner with leaders to identify growth needs and drive strategies.
• Lead quality reviews of proposal and interview materials and coach teams.
• Ensure go/no-go decisions follow HDR’s Matrix of Authority.
• Train and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practices.
• Develop regional content marketing campaigns to strengthen HDR’s brand.
