The role partners with the Chief Marketing Officer and Southeast Managing Principal to translate business objectives into actionable campaigns, messaging and ROI driven programs, while guiding a creative and analytical marketing team in a fast paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, professional services or B2B.
• Proven ability to develop regional and/or national marketing strategies and go‑to‑market programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets and vendors and multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing plans for the Florida region aligned with local and firmwide objectives.
• Partner with local leadership and client service professionals to support new business pursuits, market expansion and regional growth initiatives.
• Curate and oversee campaigns, thought leadership, content and collateral with practice leaders, defining positioning, messaging, target audiences and value propositions.
• Work across marketing functions to ensure brand alignment and campaign coordination.
• Identify opportunities, manage and execute firm participation in events, webcasts, volunteering, trade shows and speaking engagements; track outcomes.
• Oversee content development, production and delivery of proposals to prospective clients for the region.
• Lead, coach, and mentor marketing personnel in the Florida region; develop the regional team.
• Develop and monitor the regional marketing budget and ROI.
• Present updates on regional marketing performance and KPIs to senior leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of marketing processes, tools and performance measurement.
• Identify market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic planning.
• Champion brand consistency across channels.
