Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive marketing, business development, or growth leadership experience.
• Experience leading marketing or business development functions and coaching teams.
• Strong ability to translate technical expertise into compelling positioning and communications.

Responsibilities

• Define growth strategy and market intelligence aligned with business goals.
• Lead major pursuits from early positioning through RFQ/RFP responses and interviews.
• Develop key-account plans, deepen client relationships, and identify needs early.
