M/I Homes, Inc. is seeking a Region Marketing Director to steer strategic marketing across multiple divisions, driving walk-in traffic, inquiries, and new leads. The role partners with division leaders to standardize community marketing and optimize budgets, using data to guide spend and initiatives.

Travel to divisions, coaching of field teams, and cross-functional collaboration are required for success in this senior regional position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive marketing experience across multi-market or regional programs.
• Two or more years leading marketing team members or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with budget development, spend allocation, and lead generation strategies.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accountability for regional walk-in traffic, phone calls, and new lead growth.
• Develop and monitor community-level marketing plans and budgets across divisions.
• Coordinate annual marketing budgets and obtain division leadership approval.
• Review and adjust marketing spend allocations, including digital campaigns.
• Diagnose traffic trends and direct corrective actions with leadership.
• Act as regional authority on marketing recommendations supported by data.
