M/I Homes, Inc. is seeking a Region Marketing Director to lead regional marketing strategy across multiple divisions and markets. You will drive walk-in traffic, inbound calls, and new lead growth, coordinating budgets and spend with division leadership.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to standardize community marketing plans and optimize performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in multi-market or multi-division marketing programs.
• 2+ years leading or directing marketing teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with marketing budget development and spend allocation.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accountability for division walk-in traffic, inbound calls, and lead growth.
• Establish standards for community-level marketing plans and monitor execution.
• Develop division budgets and coordinate approvals with division leadership.
• Review and approve marketing spend allocations, including digital ads.
• Diagnose traffic trends and direct corrective actions and pricing escalations.
• Serve as regional authority on marketing recommendations backed by data.
• Transfer best practices across divisions and programs.
• Report performance against traffic and lead goals regularly.
• Develop and train division and field marketing teams.
