Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Regional Marketing Field Coordinator to partner with Sales leaders and NHCs, supporting local community marketing execution. This role ensures timely, brand-aligned marketing at the community level.

You'll coordinate signage, collateral, photography, events, and vendor relations while traveling weekly within the assigned division. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; HS diploma/GED required.
• 0–2 years of experience required.
• Experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Familiar with MLS, Canva and Airtable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field.
• Furnish flyers and collateral to support sales activity with regional teams.
• Coordinate on-site logistics for local marketing events including grand openings, broker events, sales promotions, and open house weekends.
• Support QMI homes with accurate signage, MLS listings, and photography.
• Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates and signage inventory across divisions.
• Partner with signage vendors for installs/removals/updates and manage marketing closet inventory.
• Plan and execute on-site logistics for local marketing events and campaigns.
• Support regional content teams with photography requests of homes, models, and lifestyle imagery.
